1. Prices
• All of the products prices are Nett. Shipment charges to the place of delivery are excluded and will be charged separately.
• Prices are subject to changed without prior notice.


2. Order
• We reserved the right to reject the order if the ordered item is out of stock at the time of payment has been made and we will refund the full amount paid in due course Items will be reserved for 3 days.
• No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received for ready stock order.


3. Payment
• We accept payment via cash deposit, Internet banking and funds transfer directly to our account.
• Please do not and never send cash to us avoid lost in mailing.
• Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment clearance to our account.
• Invoices from Outbox Studio to the client for supply of goods or services should be paid in full within 3 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made within the 3 days after the invoice sent, the order will be canceled.


4. Exchange & Refund
• Once goods sold are NOT exchangeable and refundable.
• Goods are inspected for good condition and zero defect before delivery. We shall not be held for responsibility for any damaged at the point of the goods are in transit and arrived at your good self. All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery. However, we will not be liable for any loss of goods during the delivery process.

5. Others
• Accessories (ie. belt,necklace & etc) are not included except specified.
• Products are described correctly in terms of code/picture/price EXCEPT for the colours which might be vary from physical.


6. Note on quality /Disclaimer
• We will try our best to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items.
• We do not guarantee that the products shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel.


Outbox Studio does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color; (2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected; (4) too transparent; (5) fabric too thin; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not comfortable (8) look a bit different (9) cutting/tailoring not as expected.


7. Amendment
These terms may be changes, amended or altered in part, or in full, without warning by Outbox Studio. It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand these terms and conditions.
