1) We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible (approximately 2-3 days). If the ordered items are out of stock, it may take up 10-14 days for our part to order from the manufacturer or customer can request for refund or exchange of items in same price.
2) Outbox Studio only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online transfer. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery.
3) Ready Stock Items will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made. (except of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
